I realize as a concerned parent (as I am myself) you probably want to understand each of the ingredients that touch your baby's skin. Most of the ingredients are easy to pronounce and well known naturals, there are a couple that you may not have heard of:

About coco glucoside:
Coco glucoside is derived from non gmo coconut oil and fruit sugars. It works as gentle foaming agent, emulsifier, & conditioner to combine with dirt and oils so that water can wash them off. Although this is already a mild and gentle cleanser, I use it only at 15% in my baby shampoo to make it gentle on baby's eyes should some suds slip in.

About Potassium Sorbate:
Potassium sorbate was originally discovered in the mountain ash tree, it is a form of sorbic acid, a polyunsaturated fat. It is helpful in preventing mold growth and is used in a variety of food products, such as cheese and syrups. We use it at 0.5%

About Panthenol:
A form of B5, our Panthenol adds essential moisturizing effects to the skin and hair, and naturally helps with dryness and flaky scalps.

Note: We always use high quality, natural ingredients but some herbs and oils can cause reactions to those allergic. When trying new products, always do a patch test by applying to a small area of healthy, non-irritated skin(the underside of the wrist is a good place), to check for skin sensitivities. This is especially important if planning to apply to broken or damaged skin.
